If you have started your Kayako Help Desk with database storage and then moved to file storage for attachments or the other way around, you will no doubt know that the attachments uploaded before you changed the storage method will be remaining in the initial storage method. We have created this simple tool to enable you to migrate all attachments between file storage and database storage.
